The Role:

This role is pivotal to the continued success and profitability of the Franchise Group.

Development of operational plans and strategic direction to achieve company objectives

• Drive and maintain a highly positive and dynamic culture
• Budget setting and reviewing against actual performance
• Analysing large amounts of statistical information
• Ensure all company assets are fully operational to an optimum level
• Liaising with Company Executives, Management and Franchisees
• Be a motivational leader by effective strategy communication
• Effective responsiveness to market conditions and capitalisation

The Successful Candidate:

Tertiary qualified within business related discipline

• A number of years experience in an operations management position
• Ideally experienced within multi-outlet, retail service industry
• Ability to form and analyse statistical and financial data
• Excellent motivational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and negotiation ability
• High work ethic, self starter
• The “go for breakthrough results” mindset
